For 55 UK harbours TideMark works tides out on your phone from real tide-gauge records, and elsewhere uses a global model. Around the Solent and Poole the tide sits almost still around high or low water for a couple of hours, so the single minute any table calls "high water" can differ by more than you'd expect even though the height is right. Heights use Chart Datum, the same as your tide table.
